Grounds Scapes provides de-icing agents as part of our complete winter solutions for both residential and
commercial areas. We offer ”Melt As It Falls” technology. Example ( 3” snow storm ) We apply a pre-treating application before the storm. This typically melts 1.5” of ice or snow . After 1.5” of snowfall has fallen, a de-icing
application is applied . This application will melt 2” of ice.( Note: example based on 32 degree temperatures). Your
property has maintained a snow and ice free environment. Our deicers will not harm plants, hard surface areas and
do not leave unsightly residues.
